It seems a bit odd recording this particular podcast right now. Usually January is a slow news month and we turn to more theme-based ideas like this. However, with the CWNT in China playing games leading to this year's Women's World Cup and the Canadian Men's U20 in Jamaica competing for the CONCACAF championship and the chance to go to the U20 World Cup, there is a ton going on.
Regardless we had the opportunity to sit down with two guys we respect and admire to talk about the state of Canadian soccer so how could we let that pass?
Joining us for the first time is Dino Rossi who seems to be involved in almost everything involved in Ontario soccer including the OSA, League 1 Ontario, and his club Milltown FC. Also joining us is our semi-regular guest Steve Sandor, publisher of the E-Mag Plastic Pitch as well as the online news site the11.ca.
With the depth and breadth of their knowledge of the game in Canada, Dino and Steve gave us a lot of great discussion to digest. Enjoy.
